1. Win a Kia Picanto Raffle
The promoters of this competition are Lamathonsi Entertainment. All persons entering the Win a Kia Picanto competition agree to the competition rules as set out in these terms and conditions and are binding on them.
2. Terms andContitions
HOW TO ENTER: To participate in this competition, participants must purchase a ticket by sending an SMS: MAF2022, Name, Surname and ID Number to 48499 or by buying a Mams Arts Festival ticket and send your ticket reference to 48499
3. PRIZE:
The prize for the raffle is a new KIA Picanto 1.2 X-Line Auto (2021 Model).
The vehicle may have a reasonable amount of kilometers indicated on its odometer due to its transportation during the raffle period. The specific Kia Picanto-model as well as paint colour may differ from the image used for illustrative and advertising purposes. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4. RAFFLE SALES:
Raffle Tickets are recorded through SMS portal system and each SMS costs R1.50 each from 07 Sepmber 2022 to 28 October 2022.
One ticket constitutes as one entry into the draw for the prize.
5. RAFFLE DRAW:
The draw will take place on 28 October 2022 in the form of a live draw during theduring the Main Music Festival. The winner must attend the festival and be at the venue during the live draw.
6. NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be announced during the live raffle draw, announced on social media as well as contacted telephonically and per text message, where after the winner has one (1) 3 days to respond in order to qualify for the prize. If the promoters or organisers of the competition are unable to reach you during this time including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone number, such winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be selected. By entering this competition, the winner hereby agrees and consents to the winner’s name, photograph or such other recording or filming being featured for publicity and advertising purposes without further compensation and notice. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoters.
The car will be branded with “Mams Arts Festival 2022 Winner” text for 12 months.
8. (Terms and Conditions) Responsibility
Lamathonsi Entertainment Community Projects takes responsibility for all aspects relating to donations made on this website, donor service and support, and dispute resolution.
9. ELIGIBILITY:
The competition is open to all South African residents. The Winner must have a valid RSA ID in order to qualify for the prize. Participants or entrants younger than 18 years must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter. Where a winner is younger than 18 years, the prize will only be released to their parent or guardian.
10. Collection of prize:
The vehicle prize will be handed over to the winner by the promoters at the Mams Arts Festival, (Moretele Park, 608 Sibande Street, Section LC5, Mamelodi West). Registration of the prize vehicle in the winner’s personal name must take place before the prize can be handed over. The winner shall be responsible for providing the necessary documents to enable registration of the prize vehicle and all necessary documents need to be provided by the winner within one (3) days from the date of the draw.
11. Prize excludes:
Transportation and any additional costs associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including any state and local taxes, vehicle insurance cover, fuel and incidental costs are excluded from this prize. The winner is responsible to arrange for the vehicle license and number plates in their respective municipal area. The prize vehicle is accepted, used and/or taken entirely at the sole risk of the winner at all times.
12. DISCLOSURE:
Neither the promoters nor their respective sponsors will be held liable for costs or losses that may arise from entering into this competition.
